HR Analysis in Companies 2022

During the autumn months of 2021, we looked at 432 manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies in all regions of the Czech Republic and compared some dimensions of their HR policy.

We mapped the situation and atmosphere in the companies and found out what challenges they had to face most often in the past year.

You will find out what is the current situation and future prospects in the field of employment, salaries, remuneration and benefits. Furthermore, how companies use flexible working hours to address staff shortages and how they perceive plans and challenges for HR.

We are happy to share statistical data with you as well as specific opinions and experiences of personalities from companies and corporate associations.
