As in previous years, we bring you a unique survey of employee preferences in field of non-financial benefits. In 2022 we performed a survey of a sample of 516 respondents working in shared services centers. 

The survey was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire. The respondents were approached by an email sent to Grafton Recruitment's contact database between February 4 and March 9, 2022.

We provide the Guide only in printed form. Electronic form isn’t available and therefore can’t be sent by e-mail.
