This year's Benefits Survey is being published in an expanded version compared to previous years. It also focuses in detail on the benefits demanded by the youngest generation on the labour market - Generation Z. At the same time, this year for the first time it maps the requirements for benefits of skilled production workers, i.e. the so-called black collars. And we are also tracking the development of benefits following the introduction of the government's consolidation package.

We are also adding 2 new topical themes, namely FLUCTUATION and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HR. We compare candidates' opinions and requirements on these topics with the HR perspective, by combining the results from our HR in Companies Analysis Survey this year and also from last year's Generation Survey. This has allowed me to create a unique and comprehensive perspective on the issues of turnover and the implementation of AI in HR.

The survey involved 1,951 respondents from across the country. These were people of economically productive age, the vast majority full-time employees. Part-time workers were also represented. The survey took the form of an online questionnaire survey. Respondents were contacted by email sent to our Gi Group and Grafton Recruitment contact database and social media campaigns between 3 January and 2 February 2024.

We only provide surveys to our existing or prospective clients or their HR departments in hard copy. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be emailed.

The survey is available in a Czech-English version.
