Salary Guide 2023

We present you the 9th edition of our annual Salary Guide, which offers the most comprehensive overview of salaries in the private sector in the Czech Republic. We also provide you with information on the factors influencing this year's salary developments and explain why salaries are rising more slowly than the inflation rate.

We have now included a chapter focusing on Graduate Salaries, which include starting salaries excluding variable components. Here you will find 26 positions from a variety of industries.

The survey itself was conducted during Q3 2023 in 13 regions of the country and analyzes nearly 300 positions in 8 different industries. The numbers presented are based primarily on the starting salaries of job seekers we have placed, as well as on companies' inquiries about employee searches.  The figures in the overview above include the usual gross monthly salaries in CZK including variable components.

We only provide surveys to our current or potential clients or their HR departments in printed form. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be sent by email.
