An international company with family-like atmosphere is looking for a team leader of AP accountants. The team cover German-speaking countries hence you will daily use German and English alongside your accounting experience.

Daily tasks:

  • Assisting with team development
  • Communicating and supporting your team
  • Participating on process improvements
  • Team-related people management
  • Cooperiting with auditors
  • Preparing various projects
  • Coaching and mentoring your team members
  • Assisting with AP reports and statements
Požadavky
  • Previous experience in AP (min 3 years)
  • Advanced knowledge of English and German (min B2), Czech beneficial
  • Active user of MS office, SAP is an advantage
  • Communicative person with hands-on approach
  • Experience in project management is beneficial
  • Target-oriented leader who can support and motivate the team
