We are looking for an experienced and proactive candidate for the position of ASSISTANCE CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER for our client operating in the Assistance Centers industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of the company's business strategy
- Controlling the performance of assistance services
- Leading a team of Assistance managers
- Capacity planning within assistance projects, control of assistance workload
- Obtaining feedback from assistance supervisors and maintaining the effectiveness of assistance services
- Monitoring costs
- Supporting the implementation of automated processes
- Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy Assistance Manager
- Working with other departments within the company
- International cooperation
