Popis pozice
  • Oversee the maintenance operations of the BIW workshop, ensuring the equipment and machinery function smoothly to support continuous production.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and production goals.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that repair and replacement activities are cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to address urgent issues and implement strategies for improving overall operational reliability.
Požadavky
  • Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Reoublic
  • Technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant

experience

  • Experience from running production in car manufacturing for instance Stamping,

Mega Casting, Body, Paint, Assembly, Battery Assembly or Engine assembly will be

highly meritorious.

  • Global and strategic mindset. You should act as a role model for our “VCC culture and behaviour mindset “. You need extensive collaboration, networking and argumentation skills but also deep knowledge in process design.
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, as well have the flexibility to

travel to some of our Global sister plants.
