Your daily responsibilities:
Research, identify, program, fix, test or implement solutions to R2R module SAP S 4HANA
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a user’s issue
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with clients to ensure SAP S 4HANA R2R is fully functional after troubleshooting
Document all SAP S 4HANA changes
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Requirements and skills:
Proven hands-on SAP S 4HANA R2R experience
Deep understanding of production and warehouse modules in SAP S 4HANA R2R
Strong project management and implementation experience
English B2 – fluent English spoken and written
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Advantage of knowing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
