We are seeking a new addition to join a Italian-speaking team of assistance coordinators!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling incoming calls from travelers seeking assistance or medical attention
  • Close cooperation with medical advisors all around the world
  • Answering queries based on company guidelines

You can work full-time (40h/week).

Požadavky

What you already have:

  • Command of Italian (C1)
  • Command of English (C1)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Time flexibility (working in shifts)
