Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting customers and clients regarding their inquiries
  • Solving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with customers and clients
  • Strive for process improvement
Požadavky
  • Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken)
  • Customer oriented approach and presentable behavior
  • Experience in customer service is a great advantage
