What is your role going to look like?

  • Monitors and processes offline customer orders and requests.
  • Provides accurate information about products, promotions, and sales terms.
  • Acts as an electronic point of contact for customers and sales representatives.
  • Ensures proper management of orders, including quotations, deliveries, invoicing, and handling complaints.
  • Resolves product and service complaints, including billing processes and invoice adjustments as requested by customers.
  • Complies with local legal requirements and sales terms, including returns, discounts, freight charges, warranties, and complaints.
  • Collaborates with other departments and implements processes.

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Start: immediately

Salary: 40 000 CZK/month

Požadavky
  • Fluent level of English and French language.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in systems such as SAP, CRM, and Excel.
  • Excellent written communication abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • High sense of responsibility, urgency, and reliability in task
  • Adaptability to new procedures or tasks.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and stress management skills, with the ability to prioritize and provide excellent customer service.
