Your responsibilities will be:
- Customer Service Team Leadership
- Monitor operations and perform troubleshooting
- Review customer communication processes and identify improvement
- Maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Collect customer feedback and provide status reports, deriving customer focus strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction
