Work for an international IT company as a Customer Support Specialist and provide technical assistance with exams.
We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills who will:
- Validate the identity of candidates
- Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
- Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
- Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
- Provide technical assistance to exam participants
- Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies
