What you will do on a daily basis:

• Manage the execution of IT platform and infrastructure standards set by Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with defined processes
• Coordinate and verifies details from Corporate IT guidelines to guarantee smooth implementation and compliance
• Oversees Change, Demand, and Enhancement requests, actively managing and implementing necessary changes, while monitoring response and execution times
• Facilitate seamless communication among IT teams, application owners, and demand stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned
• Collaborate on IT inventory management and supports improvements to the configuration management system for better control
• Assist in the deployment and execution of corporate IT projects and standards, ensuring they meet defined objectives
• Proactively addresse and resolves incidents and support requests, ensuring minimal disruption to services
• Focus on the continuous improvement and automation of IT infrastructure services, driving efficiency
• Right in the beginning of your trial period, you will travel abroad for a few days to learn the ropes abroad! (within EU)
