Payroll Team Supervisor

In this position, you will oversee and support a payroll team in handling daily payroll operations and reporting, ensuring all processes meet client requirements and are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 12 client payroll specialists.
- Ensure compliance with the payroll schedule and adapt to client-specific needs
- Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while driving improvements when needed
- Coach team members, identify service challenges, and implement solutions with support from other departments
- Communicate effectively with clients and align the team to meet their expectations.
- Help set priorities and organize tasks to optimize team workflow
- Guide team members in identifying development goals and improving skills
- Manage team schedules, monitor productivity, and optimize resource use
