Update and distribute master data (HPV, Head Count, Efficiency).
Set and distribute short- and long-term efficiency targets.
Create Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS).
Represent the shop in cross-functional teams with ME and Logistics.
Act as the shop interface for ME in running production.
Serve as the shop specialist for processes and products (including pre-production and buy-offs).
Support production with first-line analysis and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Drive productivity improvements and help meet man-hour targets.
Manage minor non-product spending projects.
Conduct capacity investigations and justify process improvements.
Oversee and optimize line layout and tooling in production and projects.
Coordinate manning needs and secure good ergonomic solutions.
Lead process improvements to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
Support line balancing and new product/process introductions.
Požadavky
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering-related subjects.
Experience requirement: More than 5 years of engineering experience in highly automation OEMs.
Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.
Quick leaner, good computer software skills, PPT master is a plus.
Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
