Responsibilities:

• Work with clients regarding existing regulartory environments and potential changes for financial, legal, and risk implications
• Supervising the effectiveness and efficiency of contractor service operations
• Leverage global processes and country – specific requirements to source new contingent workers
• Maintain productivity and communication tools
• Evaluate performance of agencies including control requirements and quarterly business reviews
• Identify and resolve performance related issues with the company´s management
• Identify cost reduction processes and continuous improvement opportunities
• Create innovative strategies to be used in the company
