The service represents the search for suitable workers according to your requirements. Successful candidates will become Grafton employees, temporarily assigned to the client. Grafton also acts as an employer: we sign employment contracts with the employees, process their attendance records, pay their salaries, pay social and health insurance, all in accordance with the Labour Code.
