Important topics today are not just salaries, but also benefits and the method of non-financial compensation of employees. A special survey of employee benefits, the purpose of which is to show you what employees really appreciate, was published in September 2016. We collected survey data during the period between March and August this year, from our company’s branches during personal interviews with candidates. A total of 1,758 respondents answered questions in our survey.
