This year is the third time we have realized a unique survey of employee preferences in the field of non-financial benefits. Every year we focused on the Czech market as a whole. However, on the basis of feedback from you, we have prepared a survey focusing specifically on the target group of labourers/managers and operating employees this year. This survey took place from January to August 2017.
