Our international client with a Shared Service Center in Prague is currently looking for a General Ledger Accounting manager to lead their accounting and compliance department responsible for the EMEA region.

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Leading an accounting team and team of outsourced statutory accountants
• Performing and leading end-to-end accounting activities for the EMEA region and various legal entities
• Ensuring the timely completion of monthly processes
• Managing the preparation of financial reports for management
• Continuous process optimization and improvement, participation in transformation projects
• Management of staff processes including recruitment, training, development, performance measurement
