Job description

We have an Accounts Receivable Specialist vacancy open for you! You are a perfect fit for this role if you are willing to:

  • Create and monitor aging reports
  • Organize cash collection activities
  • Contact customers regarding overdue invoices
  • Issue pre-statements for invoices
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts
  • Perform the credit management activities
  • Maintain personal data in the internal system
  • Cooperate with internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Command of English - C1 (+knowledge of Spanish is an advantage)
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in AR, Cash Application, Cash Collection or OTC
  • Interest in accounting and finance
  • Experience working with MS Excel
  • Logical thinking, orientation to detail, organization skills
  • Keen on learning
  • Pro-activity
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
