Job description

A well-established, gradually growing international company is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader with German OR French!

Do you have experience with Order To Cash (O2C / OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR, Cash Collection or Cash Application) in General?

Did you already have some experience with leading a small team?

We are not looking for a manager, but a Team Leader who will be leading, motivating and taking care of his team on a daily basis!

Well then if you speak either German or French, this is your time to shine!

Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • According to your languages: leading a small team of German OR French speakers
  • You will be serving as the right hand of the manager
  • Setting, implementing and monitoring KPI's and SLA's
  • Closing SOX
  • Evaluating the financial situation of customers and the risk associated with receivables
  • Daily complex tasks in a role of SME for OTC/AR processes such as: Billing, Cash Application and Collections
  • Supporting credit analyses
  • Preventing risks associated with unpaid debts
  • Communicating with B2B customers (French OR German)
  • Closely collaborating with other internal departments
  • Working daily with SAP and Excel (pivots, vlookup etc.)
Requirements
  • Fully proficient English: B2+/C1, and German OR French B2+/C1
  • Good SAP Knowledge (or another ERP such as Dynamics/Navision, Oracle Hyperion etc.)
  • Strong hands-on technical experience with Excel
  • Proven experience at least 3 years in OTC/AR processes
  • Leadership experience is an absolute must (smaller team, ideally SSC)
  • Accounting Processes: Solid understanding of OTC and AP accounting processes
  • High school / Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance is an advantage
  • Preferrably experienced in US-GAAP, SOX is a must
  • According to the Czech labour law, you need to hold a valid work permit
