Job description

We are seeking a new addition to join a German-speaking team of assistance coordinators! Are you fluent in German? Do you prefer night shifts and are you able to work 22,5 h/week? Then send us your CV!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling incoming calls from travelers seeking assistance or medical attention
  • Close cooperation with medical advisors all around the world
  • Answering queries based on company guidelines

You can work full-time (40h/week) or part-time (22,5 h/week).

NIGHT SHIFTS only!

Requirements

What you already have:

  • Command of German (C1)
  • Command of English (C1)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Time flexibility (Night shifts only)
