Design, develop, and optimize processes for manufacturing battery trays within the BIW (Body-in-White) shop.
Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and production technicians to troubleshoot production issues and enhance product quality.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the production line meets safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
Develop and modify production layouts using design software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD), ensuring all changes align with technical specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Republic.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering-related subjects.
More than 5 years of engineering experience in highly automation OEMs.
Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.
Quick leaner, good computer software skills, PPT master is a plus.
Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
