Job description

If you are a communicative person with a willingness to work in international environment, and if you speak perfect English and Polish, we are waiting for your CV!

In the Client Care role with Polish you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing customers´ queries on products
  • Providing support withing troubleshooting customers´ problems and taking their orders
  • Preparation of correspondence and fullfillment of customers´ needs to ensure their satisfaction
  • Related administrative tasks

Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation

Start: August 2024

Location: Prague 3

Requirements
  • Previous experience from the same or similar position
  • English and Polish min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
  • Perfect communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
