An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Prague. To support the growth they are currently recruiting a Client Service and Application Manager with German to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager, not a IT Developer!
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Providing daily support to a team of ERP Specialists who interact with clients, addressing their ERP usage, training, and technical support needs.
- Developing and implementing annual individual development plans, closely monitoring and assessing progress.
- Leading and facilitating the training of team members to ensure their proficiency in operational tasks.
- Setting and managing annual objectives, conducting performance assessments, and providing regular feedback to team members.
- Active involvement in the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Preparing and presenting weekly activity reports to track team performance and achievements.
- Organizing application support activities in accordance with the HR schedule, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Ensuring consistent, high-level delivery of client services in line with contractual commitments.
- Applying Client Service methodology, processes, and procedures, including ERP maintenance and configuration.
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders and HR to facilitate effective recruitment and training of new colleagues.
- Maintaining daily communication and coordination with other Team Leaders and HR to ensure smooth operations.
