Job description

Are you a client-oriented person with a pro-active and positive attitude? Are you willing to learn and gain further working experience in customer service?

Main responsibilities:

  • maintainance of business relationship with an assigned portfolio of clients
  • support on delivery or technical issues
  • work in SAP
  • cash collection / cash application
  • resolution of complaints and queries

Contract: 1 year

Start: ASAP

Location: Prague

Requirements
  • experience from customer service or related university degree
  • previous practice from administration or client service
  • perfect English, min. B2+ in both written and oral form
  • fluent Spanish, min. B2+
  • eagerness to learn
  • "to do" and pro-active attitude
