Job description

Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a collection specialist? Do you speak English and Dutch? Do you enjoy interacting with customers, but also investigating and resolving discrepancies?

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collect outstanding payments and prioritize tasks.
  • Create dispute cases based on customer communication.
  • Provide regular updates on overdue customers.
  • Manage incoming cheques/drafts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal regulations.
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  • Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
  • English and Dutch verbal and written (C1)
