Job description

Do you find yourself a detail-oriented person who enjoys administrative tasks? Do you want to work in an international company?

Then apply for the position of Contract Administrator!

You will be responsible for:

  • reviewing of contracting templates
  • execution of contracting activities per global or local processes
  • support and advisory to Sales for contracting activities
  • uploading electronic files, storing/filing physical documents
  • work with databases, preparing reports in MS Excel
  • ad hoc tasks

Start: ASAP

Location: Prague 3

Requirements

Our requirements are:

  • fluent English in both written and spoken form, min. B2+
  • any experience in Financial sector or customer service is preferred but not required
  • detail and customer orientation
  • very good communication skills
  • advanced knowledge of MS office
  • ability to learn new things and willingness to work in international team
