Your key responsibilities will be:

• Representing company in legal matters
• Ensuring that business transactions of the company are in compliance with the law
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
• Evaluating new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
• Designing and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
• Protecting the company against legal risks and violations
