We are looking for a RESPONSIBILITY SPECIALIST

Job describtion:

  • Lead a small Corporate Responsibility team
  • Collect and consolidate all material non-financial KPIs
  • Implementation and maintenance of a non-financial KPI tool
  • Support the climate strategy by defining qualitative and quantitative KPI reporting methodologies for the climate management
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in project management of complex projects with interfaces in different departments
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
  • Experience in non-financial KPI management, preferably with Health, Safety and Environment KPIs
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
