What is your role going to look like?
- Monitors and processes offline customer orders and requests.
- Provides accurate information about products, promotions, and sales terms.
- Acts as an electronic point of contact for customers and sales representatives.
- Ensures proper management of orders, including quotations, deliveries, invoicing, and handling complaints.
- Resolves product and service complaints, including billing processes and invoice adjustments as requested by customers.
- Complies with local legal requirements and sales terms, including returns, discounts, freight charges, warranties, and complaints.
- Collaborates with other departments and implements processes.
