Position: Claims Specialist with German

Main Duties:

  • Manage customer claims, debit notes, and disputes in accordance with company procedures
  • Investigate claims promptly, collecting the required information to approve or reject them
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
  • Organize and store completed claims forms, documentation, and delivery proofs digitally
  • Issue credit notes in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
  • Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Proficiency in English and German - verbal and written
