Job description

Do you have experience as a Claims Specialist or in a similar position? Would you like to become a part of a stable international company with a very nice working culture? Do you have any theoretical or practical knowledge of finance and knowledge of SAP? Then send us your CV!

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Handle customer claims, debit notes, and disputes following specified procedures
  • Investigate claims promptly, gathering necessary information for approval or rejection
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
  • Digitally file completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
  • Issue credit notes promptly
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
  • Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish - verbal and written
