Position: Customer Coordinator |DUTCH|

Work environment: Corporate business/ Healthcare

Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • Daily communication with customers in Dutch via phone or mail
  • Answering all of the customer's inquires
  • Working with company system according to company parameters
  • Adding new customers into the company system
  • Being ready to calm down customers if needed
  • Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Strong command of Dutch and English (C1 level)
  • Previous customer service experience is a great advantage
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Independent as well as a team member
