Job description

An international travel company in the centre of Brno is looking for new members to join their customer service team from November 2020.

As a member of the Bulgarian-language team, you'll assist passengers in Bulgarian and English with a number of different duties - from rescheduling flights to handling website enquiries.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of both English and Bulgarian

Good communication skills

Computer literacy
