  • Communicating in Spanish, Czech and English with clients who have high demands for quality service
  • Providing sales advice and support when clients want to purchase the company's product
  • Processing orders in the company system
  • Handling service requests
Requirements
  • Customer service experience from an international company
  • Highly advanced knowledge of Spanish, Czech and English (daily professional communication in written and verbal)
  • MS Office
  • Client orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Responsibility, result orientation, diligence
  • SAP or Navision is an advantage
