Your responsibilities will be:

  • Customer Service Team Leadership
  • Monitor operations and perform troubleshooting
  • Review customer communication processes and identify improvement
  • Maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Collect customer feedback and provide status reports, deriving customer focus strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Team management experience, strong leadership abilities
  • Experience in customer service/order management
  • Strong team-orientation, customer-orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
  • Goal orientation, problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
