We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our client's team in delivering B2B support for their products.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-14, focusing on order management and customer inquiries.
- Ensure high standards of customer support through effective processes and professional communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better customer service.
- Build strong relationships with sales, technical support, finance, and other teams.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance experiences.
- Handle service incidents with urgency.
