Job description

We are looking for an Employee Benefits Specialist to join an international team. You will help design and manage employee benefit programs across Europe/Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Benefits: Oversee benefit plans in Europe, ensuring they meet local laws and company standards.
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement benefit programs, working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure programs comply with regulations and manage costs.
  • Support Teams: Advise HR, Employee Relations, and Payroll on benefits.
  • Communication: Promote the benefits programs and suggest improvements.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.

Location: Prague 8

Contract for define period with possibility of prolongation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Experience with multi-country benefits programs
  • Knowledge of benefit design and administration
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Willingness to occasionaly travel
