We are looking for an Employee Benefits Specialist to join an international team. You will help design and manage employee benefit programs across Europe/Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Benefits: Oversee benefit plans in Europe, ensuring they meet local laws and company standards.
- Program Implementation: Develop and implement benefit programs, working with vendors and internal teams.
- Compliance: Ensure programs comply with regulations and manage costs.
- Support Teams: Advise HR, Employee Relations, and Payroll on benefits.
- Communication: Promote the benefits programs and suggest improvements.
- Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
