Job description

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Finance Contact Management team. This is not just an average finance position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Job description:

  • Point of Contact for Suppliers: Handle all finance-related queries from suppliers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal peers and stakeholders.
  • EDI invoice troublebox maintenance
  • Credit memo review and research
  • Shortage and/or pricing claims creation
  • Vendor statement acquisition and final reconciliation

Start: asap

Contract for defined period with possibility of prolongation

Location: Prague 8

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/administration/finance/customer support
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Polish and English
