As General Ledger for T & E you will be responsible for the following:

• Accurate monthly GL account reconciliations for entities
• Prepare accurate Journal Entries for any T & E related corrections
• Support during internal and external audits
• Responsible for the processing of travel expenses and final authority for all expense reporting submissions ensuring company policies and procedures are followed while making expense report audit decisions
• Troubleshoot system and user access issues
• Cross-work and support all departments/divisions throughout the organization
• Support month-end closing activities
• Prepare advanced monthly reports and assist with KPIs preparation
