This position is perfect for; IT or technically oriented graduates, AND experienced L1s who want to grow for L2 and more.
These will be your daily IT support responsibilities:
- 99% of your responsiblity will be to travel across the US, visiting the local branches and support the local teams, while enforcing quality IT support
- Be part of a device/HW migration team, ensuring a smooth device migration
- Replying to questions: Hardware, software and network related
- Directly managing technical issues closely with the L2 Support
- Helping users to install their apps
- Troubleshooting
- Service Request management, User management
- Identification and documentation of technical issues
- Empathetic approach towards clients/internal employees and their needs
- Redirecting complex issues to higher positions
- Creation and contribution on manuals
- Goal to achieve the best customer feedback
This project is fixed for six months and will be terminated before the end of summer.
