The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an important part in optimizing the administration process of company benefits while processing associate requests, managing and researching their inquiries, updating communication channels, reporting benefits data and costs to important stakeholders, and setting up cooperation with benefit providers. You’ll work as part of a diverse HR team with outside vendors and local brokers to deliver benefits support across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate registrations, updates, and cancellations of benefits for associates
- Manage day-to-day standard benefit queries of associates
- Escalate non-standard benefit requests as appropriate
- Provide reports and manage data for payroll, finance, benefit specialists, and benefit vendors, including employee census, salary data, and employee data as needed
- Process benefit invoices
- Update and maintain benefit handbooks and documents as well as online platforms
- Coordinate standard renewals of all benefits with benefit specialists and benefit vendors
- Contribute to global HR Infrastructure Operations projects
