Location: Prague or Ostrava

Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract, hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment).
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems (such as Workday and SAP).
  • Preparing monthly payroll data for external payroll providers, verifying payroll outputs, and generating reports and documentation.
  • Daily communication with employees through the system to resolve requests and inquiries.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external institutions.
  • Participation in HR-related projects (e.g., process automation).
  • Opportunity to manage individual projects.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken) for daily communication.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic understanding of labor law principles.
  • Experience with Workday and SAP systems is a plus.
