Job responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and HR Administration (improving onboarding programs, changes in the Labour Code)
  • Employee relations and support
  • Performance management
  • Talent Management and people development (coaching and training managers, career growth plans, collaborating with the EU and global talent development teams)
  • Organization and change management

Contract: one year with possibility of prolongation

Location: Prague 8 (hybrid model)

Start: upon agreement

Requirements
  • University degree in HR or related field
  • Experience from similar position is must
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
