What will be your daily tasks?

• Working with HR administration systems (both searching data and entry data)
• Collecting and filling personnel and benefits files
• Daily communication with employees regarding different queries and questions (including employment terms, HR systems, and programs, legislation)
• Creating and preparation of HR documents such as letters, contracts, forms, etc.
• Submitting and making-up reports, briefings correspondence, and presentations
• Be accountable for HR administrative transactional activities concerning payroll, contracts, personnel documentation, etc.
