Job description

Do you speak advanced Italian? Do you have experience from customer service and are you interested in HR? Would you like to work from home?

Job tasks:

  • First point of contact for employees and managers via phone, email or chat
  • Log contacts into case management system
  • Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
  • Escalate queries that cannot be resolved
  • Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and cooperate on improvement of processes
  • Reporting

Start: asap

Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote

Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.

Working schedule: full time (40 h/w)

Requirements
  • Fluent English and advanced Italian (B2)
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • Solid command of MS Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Pro-active and communicative personality
  • Necessary to work in the Czech Republic
