Responsibilities:

  • Reply to queries related to hardware, software and networking
  • Support users with installing apps
  • Identify technical issues
  • Ensure user needs are met
  • Record technical issues
  • Escalate more complex issues
  • Participate in creating manuals
  • Provide excellent customer experience
Requirements
  • Command of English and German (C1)
  • Pro-activity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A plus: Degree in Computer Sciencer or similar
  • A plus: Knowledge of network security and anti-virus
